Terms and Conditions:

Order Terms:
1. Discussing the concept:
- Send a reference image of your desired concept or describe it in detail.
- Send a sketch of the character you want.
- Specify the details of what you want to see and what you don’t.
2. Payment method:
- I require a 50% deposit after the sketch is approved, and I ask that you pay the remaining balance. Or, if you trust me, you can pay the full amount upfront.
I do not start work until it is paid for, either 50% or in full.
3. Please note that during the sketch phase, you are entitled to free revisions (up to 10), and a couple of free revisions for the line art. For the rendering phase, I charge for revisions, so please keep this in mind.
4. I start counting the deadline from the day I send the sketch.
5. I may refund the 50% deposit in rare cases if something serious has happened to you. Otherwise, I do not refund payment for my work.
6. For commercial use, I charge an additional 15–20%.(Patreon, Fansly, Onlifans etc are included here as well)
7. To ensure the artwork isn’t shared online, I require a 10% deposit.
8.If you’d like your drawing not to be published or to be blurred, I charge 2 -5% of the commission fee.
9. If I work on a drawing for more than a month and a half, I’ll provide a free full-body sketch.
10. I do not allow anyone to trace my drawings or use my style, etc., for AI
11. I do not allow my drawings to be used for commercial purposes without my permission.
12. I send you the drawing via Discord, Twitter, BlueSky, or Email!

Payment:

- PayPal.
- 50% prepayment, full payment after sketch approval.
- Screenshot of payment.
- Funds are refundable only if you paid in advance and I have not yet started work. (Or in critical situations)
